Secondly, I want to update everyone on our Whole Foods stock. As some of you might know, we experimented with using an outside manufacturer for our first Whole Foods order. It turns out (duh), the way we make gelato is so artisanal that a large scale manufacturer wasn't a good fit for our product. The last three months we made a ton of changes to our Downtown Gelateria (yes, the very same one that used to be a café) and brought all of our production back in-house. Yesterday we shipped off a large order to our Whole Foods distributor. Most Whole Foods will be getting their Uli's Gelato stock back in the next 5-8 business days. Let me know if you notice any differences (here's one - the heat seal is there).
