Moving the Needle on Vaccinations: Lessons from AACE’s Health System Partners

AACE is part of a consortium of medical specialty societies, funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and supported by the Council on Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS), working to improve vaccination rates among vulnerable populations. Through this work, we've partnered with endocrine practices in seven health systems to support quality improvement initiatives aimed at increasing vaccination coverage among adults with diabetes.

Throughout 2024, we will be sharing lessons learned, tips, tools, best practices, and resources from our health system partners so that you can consider how you might approach your own vaccination quality improvement efforts.

Head to our website to learn about this month's featured health system partner, University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and Dr. Kenneth Izuora's team-based approach to achieving improved vaccination rates.
